Exchange Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns
Goods sold are not refundable. However, we do provide an exchange. You have [7] calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchange
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you within 3 days of receipt that we have received your returned item. 

If your exchange is due to fault of our own (eg. damaged goods, wrong item sent), we will send the new stock of the same exact order to you. If the stock of the same exact order is no longer available, you will be able to choose the same item with the same price but of different design/color. If that is also unavailable, then we will initiate a credit note into your customer account. You should be receiving the credit within a certain amount of days. You may then proceed to use the credit to purchase any item in our webstore.

If your exchange is due to any other reasons, we will initiate a credit note into your customer account. You should be receiving the credit within a certain amount of days. You may then proceed to use the credit to purchase any item in our webstore. 

Shipping
If your exchange is due to fault of our own (eg. damaged goods, wrong item sent), we will bear the shipping costs of the return and the resending of the item(s). You will have to pay for the initial return shipping costs and we will reimburse you on the costs in the form of credit note into your customer account. 

If your exchange is due to any other reasons, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item as well as the resending of the new item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
